Promoter The promoter of this prize draw is Regency FX Ltd, Top Floor, 22 Lemon Street, Truro, Cornwall, TR1 2LS, United Kingdom ("Regency FX").
Eligibility 2.1 This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. 2.2 Employees of Regency FX, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated withadministration of the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter 3.1 The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. 3.2 Entries must be submitted via the Regency FX landing page in partnership with Cle France by 11:59pm BST on August 31st, 2025. 3.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
The Prize 4.1 One (1) winner will receive £250 in Amazon vouchers. 4.2 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. Regency FX reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
Winner Selection and Notification 5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.5.2 The draw will take place on or before September 1st, 2025. 5.3 The winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does notrespond within 14 days of the initial contact, Regency FX reserves the right to select an alternativewinner.
Data Protection and Publicity 6.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed in accordancewith Regency FX's privacy policy and for the purpose of administering the prize draw. 6.2 With the winner's consent, their name may be published on Regency FX's website and socialmedia channels.
General 7.1 Regency FX reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where it becomesnecessary to do so. 7.2 By entering the prize draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound bythese terms and conditions. 7.3 These terms and conditions are governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdictionof the English courts.
