Terms and conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in our Referral Programme. By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms in addition to our standard client agreement and applicable regulatory requirements.
1. Eligibility
1.1) The Programme is available to existing clients who hold an active and verified account with us (the “Referrer”), provided they are aged 18 or over.
1.2) The referred individual (the “Referred Client”) must be a new customer who has not previously held an account with us.
1.3) The Programme is not available to employees, contractors, or individuals acting in a professional referral or marketing capacity, unless expressly authorised by us in writing.
2. Making a Referral
2.1) Referrals must be submitted using the Referrer’s unique referral link or designated referral method provided by us.
2.2) A referral will only be considered valid where:
- The Referred Client signs up using the correct referral method; and
- The Referred Client successfully completes onboarding and account verification in line with our requirements.
2.3) We reserve the right, acting reasonably, to determine whether a referral is valid and meets the Programme criteria.
3. Referral Rewards
3.1) A reward may be issued to the Referrer when the Referred Client completes their first qualifying transfer.
For the purposes of this Programme, a “first qualifying transfer” means the first completed, funded, executed, and fully settled transaction made by the Referred Client.
3.2) Reward levels are based on the GBP equivalent value of the Referred Client’s first completed transfer:
- £25 for transfers of £10,000 or more
- £50 for transfers of £50,000 or more
- £100 for transfers of £100,000 or more
3.3) Where a transfer is executed in a currency other than GBP, the applicable reward tier will be determined using the GBP equivalent at the time of execution.
3.4) Only one reward will be issued per Referred Client, regardless of any future activity or additional transfers.
4. Reward Issuance
4.1) Rewards will be issued to the Referrer once the qualifying transfer has been completed and verified.
4.2) Rewards are provided as a virtual prepaid card (where available).
4.3) Rewards are typically issued within a reasonable timeframe following confirmation of eligibility.
4.4) We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party reward providers.
4.5) The Referrer is responsible for any tax obligations arising from receipt of a reward.
4.6) Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
5. Restrictions and Misuse
5.1) No reward will be issued where:
- The Referred Client already has, or has previously held, an account with us
- The Referrer attempts to refer themselves
- Referrals are generated through bulk marketing, paid advertising, or non-personal promotional activity
- The Programme is used in a way that we reasonably consider to be abusive, fraudulent, or contrary to its intended purpose
5.2) We reserve the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim rewards where fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms is suspected.
6. Programme Changes
6.1) We may amend, suspend, or withdraw the Programme at any time.
6.2) Where appropriate, we will provide notice of material changes, but we are not obligated to do so in advance.
6.3) Our decision regarding eligibility, referrals, and reward entitlement is final.
7. Data Protection
7.1) Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2) Referrers must ensure they have appropriate consent from any individual before sharing their details or referral information with us.
8. Governing Law
8.1) These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
